Revised Cancellation Policy: As of March 18th 2024, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the appointment fee, irrespective of the reason except client illness. Missed appointments without prior notification will be subject to full charges. If your child is ill and unable to attend their appointment, we kindly ask for notification by 10am on the day of your scheduled visit. Any cancellations due to sickness made after 10am will be subject to a $50 fee. Please note that cancellation fees cannot be applied to third-party funding or insurance.
